Amsterdam (so far)

We have been in Amsterdam for only a few hours. We left the boat at 8am and took a taxi to town. We are staying our first night right next to the red light district. Funny, 9 am on a Monday and there are "Lady's" of the night in many of the red light windows. One of them opened her door and taunted us to come in!

Some stats from the cruise, 5,085.4 miles traveled!

Bicycles are everywhere in Amsterdam. They even have three story parking garages for bicycles.

The whole place lookslike they must have been high when they built it! The buildings are all askew and off kilter. They lean left and right, forward and backward. It really seems like you are walking around Disneyland.

One of the million narrow roads and alleys. We got totally lost immediately!

Love the boat at the front door!

Canals are everywhere, we hope to take a boat tour of the canals once it stops raining.

Gives new meaning to the phrase "window shopping".
